TRIUMPH!!!!!!!!!

Good grief... after three whole days of battling with the malevolence of technology, I've finally figured it out. You've gotta visit my webpage before visiting my blog in order to "load the pic into your cache" (quote from Dan) so the picture shows up. Thus I have redirected www.swurple.tk towards my website, which I really only set up so blog could have a picture on it. Looks like my frustrations have finally ended. All thats left now is to make my website look more presentable. Lol.

*yaAaAAwn*

Im so sleepy.... +.o

Yeah well, i think its too much work to get the journal up and going, i might stick with my blog and muck around and see what I can do about changing the settings on my blog. Guess not all change is good huh? Heh..

Caught Cheemos (my cat) using my guitar case as a scratching post one night. She had wingless flight that night. Let this be a warning and an example to my wrath. My treasured possesions...no touchy, no breaky. And this goes for tet, whom I treasure above all my prized possesions. Otherwise, feel my wrath!! rawr... lol.

o.o slee...ep....

The old has past, The new has come.

Since I've had so much time on my hands to muck around on the internet, I've spent some of this time improving (or what I deem an improvement anyways) my blog, which will shall from henceforth be known as a journal. However, this blog holds many jars of my thoughts and emotions, and I would still like to keep the blog. Thus, upon entering my new journal, there will be a link to this old one, which I shall type in every once in awhile to keep it up and running.

Please go to http://www.swurple.tk for all the latest results of my idiosyncrasies. And for all of you who follow the blog religiously...don't you have a life? ;p lol. Thanks though. Please keep logging on to my .tk address so I can keep it. Cheers!

Have you noticed...i only just...that my blog colours are very prosperous?? ;p lol
I wish that you were here, right next to me
To burst open your dam
And flood me with your thoughts...
To fill me with your love
And engulf me in your warmth...
What do I achieve by having time
But not have time with you
How do I triumph by having you
But not having anyone to talk to
I heard it all before, the pain the hurt
The loneliness, the silence
Swirling within, swirling without
Without you.

i miss you...

Bonsai Kitties

I fell asleep with the kitty today, and now Im suffering the consequences. Apparently its not really the fur that gives you the hay fever effect...its the proteins within their hair shafts and saliva. So all we need to do now is genetically modify a cat and change the sequence of its hair/saliva proteins such that it doesnt trigger allergies.

A plausible yet controversial step towards a more comfotable lifestyle. Imagine the possibilities. Animal lover owners able to cuddle their beloved pets without any restrictions. Asthmatics not having to worry about visiting friends with critter obsessions. Indeed. Allergies that make you grow eyeballs instead of hives. . .

Little in common? Sue me.

Well. It looks like obstinance and loyalty mean the same thing when it comes to friendships. I got in touch with my friend, we've been out twice and we get along sweet. We have absolutely nothing in common except for the fact that we're both dating japanese people. He actually enjoys the company of my sister more. That doesnt bother me though. Im just really glad that despite all our differences and past friction, we're still willing to come together and create moments worthy of remembering.

I was actually very surprised at his receptiveness. Whats also really great is that our friendship isnt existing on denial and hidden resentment but on respect and truth. We realise our faults and what ruined alot of our friendship before and we both agree that people do grow and thats a good reason to keep giving relationships multiple chances.

Yeah. Things change alot. Im really dissapointed with my cousin but really thrilled with this friend. Life's just so full of oxymorons.

Much in common, And little so.

I flew back here early so that I may have a flighting glimpse of my cousin whom I met 2 years back and fell in love with. Not in the romantic sense, but his character and mind set and all the many things that make him perfect. But he's too busy to meet up with me. I sacrificed alot for this meeting, but it did not amount to very much. We used to have alot in common, now Im not so sure.

I have another friend whom I used to be great friends with. News is, he's back until the 23rd from San Fran. He's an odd character. We have alot in common, and yet so little. Many of our conversations end as arguements. We are both proud people, and stubborn. But I guess this stubborness makes the bond that we use to have visible, even above all the dust of silence. After talking with a friend, I have decided to send an sms. Maybe unlike my cousins case, little has to be sacrificed to find that there indeed is some friendship left in the bridges built by age old friendships and similiarity.

We will see.

Family, Friends and Familiarity...

Greetings from the equator.

I've thus been in Malaysia for about a week now. Its really exciting to see things that you know, that bring back memories. To see how things have changed since you've left, and how some people just never change. Lol.

Yea.... since Ive been away for so long, there really is much less tension between me and my family members here. This provides me with abundant opportunities to show my love to them in various ways, including speech. One commonly forgets how important it is to let their family members know how much one cares for them when one is constantly in feud. In fact, its prolly really weird as well just because one lives amongst them day in day out.

Friends...theres one group of people I had missed tremendously during my studies. I've only been out twice since I arrived but it really makes me sooooooooo so so so so so (to the power of a kajillion) happy to go out with them and have good, cheap food... ah. The simple pleasures of life. Today will be great. Im going to meet the bulk of them at church and theres dinner after that. Im really so excited. Cant wait to eat thosai. hahahaha. Its always about the food isnt it. Im prolly gonna gain more weight here than overseas. How terrible! :P lol.

Yes yes. Its funny how you can just slip out of your old life and, a year later, just slip right back in like as if nothing had changed. There are some differences of course, but the sea of familiarity washes over everything....even the changes. Makes everything comfortable.

Luvly.

Changes

I say...everytime I come on blog i get a different template thingy o.0 Weirdo ultimo....

Anyways yea, happy new year. I think staying half a week or so with this uncle of mine, and this other half of my family has taught me abit on what I'd like to work on for this part of the year. They're really lovely, gracious people and I want to be like them. Such beautiful people. Oh me oh my. Im just dazzled. I mean, obviously there are these annoying moments, as of when you spend too much time with people, but i think in overall, they're role models worth looking up to.

Yea...so...new years resolutions. Too private to be posted here, sorry. ;p
