Before The Throne of God Above

Before the throne of God above
I have a strong, a perfect plea
A great High Priest who's name is "Love"
Who ever lives and pleads for me
My name is graven on His hands
My name is written on His heart
I know that while in Heav'n He stands
No tongue can bid me thence depart
No tongue can bid me thence depart

When Satan tempts me to despair,
and tells me of the guilt within,
upward I look and see Him there
Who made an end to all my sin.
Because the sinless Savior died,
my sinful soul is counted free;
For God, the Just, is satisfied
to look on him and pardon me.
to look on him and pardon me.

Behold him there! the risen Lamb,
my perfect, spotless Righteousness,
the great unchangeable I AM,
the King of glory and of grace!
One with Himself I cannot die,
My soul is purchased by His blood;
My life is hid with Christ on high,
with Christ, my Savior and my God
with Christ, my Savior and my God

Extravagant Easter

You like things extravagant, don't you?

That explosive fireworks display, those super speed miliatary jets, that rich, creamy delectable belgium easter bunny....

Then you must really like my God.

Because my God is extravagant in all He does.

Extravagant in His glory, extravagant in His blessings, extravagant in His love.

My God is an extravagant God. He cannot be more than what He already is...and He cannot be any less. He is extravagant in all aspects.

Is your god extravagant in His love?
No? Then you're missing out.

Happy Easter :)

Beautiful Saviour

I long to be where the praise is never-ending,
Yearn to dwell where the glory never fades,
Where countless worshippers will share one song,
And cries of ‘worthy’ will honour the Lamb!

Am I Right Brained or Left Brained (or no brained) ? lol

You Are 55% Left Brained, 45% Right Brained

The left side of your brain controls verbal ability, attention to detail, and reasoning.

Left brained people are good at communication and persuading others.

If you're left brained, you are likely good at math and logic.

Your left brain prefers dogs, reading, and quiet.

The right side of your brain is all about creativity and flexibility.

Daring and intuitive, right brained people see the world in their unique way.

If you're right brained, you likely have a talent for creative writing and art.

Your right brain prefers day dreaming, philosophy, and sports.

EU & O-Week

Caught a 6.45am train from Katoomba back to Uni today to flood the campus with (hopefully) the presence of God. We had a 2 day-2 night camp at Katoomba called Minestrone which is basically pre-o-week evangelistic training. And man...were we pumped. Some of us was scared, but MAN were we pumped. :P

So yea we charged into uni and then....it started raining. o_o Lol. Yesterday they said it was going to be 36 degrees and then suddenly it was...thunderstorms!?

But you know what!?!????????? This may sound sooooo cliche right... but after we prayed, it stopped raining! AND it remained fairly temperate for the rest of the day...what I would call perfect weather really.

God had really blessed us today. He had opened so many opportunities and melted so many hearts that its just amazing. There were so many willing people and they were courageous about coming up and asking us what it was that we do. I was really amazed at the response today and yea...what can I say? Our God is an awesome God whos love and mercy is everlasting.

Just thinking back on today....our own personal struggles and small battles was so worth it. Our tears and sweat were sooo worth it. I just feel so overwhelmed by the bigness of God. Sometimes I doubt but at times like these, I know for sure that God is real and that He is worth everything.
