The picture on the left is a photo I took of the Sydney CBD skyline during earth hour. The one on the right was taken on a normal night. I guess Earth Hour was a success in the short term, but it hasn't really made any long term improvements on energy usage. It was a cool idea though. :)

was it just for 1 night? seems like a very novelty thing..
hahaha yea it was only for one night, for only an hour. You're right, it is pretty novelty. A few people thought so as well.
